PURATOS MOIST’R RECIPES
Indulge in a terrific blend of soft cake with a mild but present coffee flavour. Add streusel on top to enhance the cake or have as is for a delightful cake.

MOIST’R CAKE | 1000 | 100 |
EGG | 350 | 35 |
OIL | 300 | 30 |
WATER | 225 | 22.5 |
INSTANT COFFEE POWDER | 7.5 | 0.75 |
- Mix all ingredients except coffee powder together for 2 minute on slow speed, then 4-5 minutes on medium speed
- Scrape bowl
- Remove 20% of the batter and blend with Instant Coffee
- Fill lined loaf pan with plain batter
- Swirl coffee and plain batter together
- Bake at 165ºC / 340ºF until done (baking time depends on product size / weight)
450g cake will take approx. 45-50 min

CRUMBLE
- Combine dry ingredients
- Add butter and mix until crumble holds together when compressed
CAKE
- Combine cake , oil and eggs for 1 minute on slow speed, then 2 minutes on medium speed
- Scrape bowl and mix for a further 2 minutes on medium speed
- Spread layer of diced apple on top of cake batter before applying crumb topping
- Bake at 165ºC / 340ºF until done (baking time depends on product size / weight)
A little bit of pineapple is all you need to make your day a little better. The citrus of the pineapple mixed with the rich Moist’R Cake compliment each other perfectly.

- Mix 1 minute on slow speed, 4 minutes on medium speed
- Bake at 350°F until internal temp reads 96°C (205°F)
- Baking time depends on product weight

- Mix on slow speed for 1 minute and 5 minutes on medium speed
- Bake at 350ºF to an internal temp of 96°C (204°F)

- Scrape bowl and mix for a further 2 minutes on medium speed
- Bake at 350 ºF until done (baking time depends on product size / weight)
Prepare yourself for a simple, yet delicious blueberry muffin. With only one add in, this recipe stays natural with all the flavours.

- Combine cake mix, water, eggs and oil for 1 minute on slow speed, then 2 minutes on medium speed

- Mix in frozen blueberries only until combined
- Bake at 375ºF until done (baking time depends on product size / weight)- roughly 27-30 minutes
