RECIPE FOR SNOOP’S PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES BELOW.

We’re hoping we saved the best for last! Today we had the chance to bake Snoop Dogg’s Peanut Butter Cookies. Snoop Dogg is a rapper, producer and actor. You might even recognize him from times he’s spent with Martha Stewart. The duo met in 2008 and have continued to co-hot events, act in commercials and cook together on their show. You can say Snoop definitely has some experience in cooking and baking.

Let me start off by saying this cookie dough was so simple to put together and even more delicious. Made with ingredients you might already have in your home. The main ingredients are flour, peanut butter, butter, sugars and chocolate chips. Like most cookie recipes, we whisked the dry ingredients together and set aside, then worked on beating the butter, peanut butter and sugars. Making sure to whip up the butter and sugars until nice and fluffy, before adding the eggs and vanilla for the best outcome.

Cookies were scooped into roughly 1 tablespoon balls and lined on a baking sheet leaving at least 3 inches in between each cookie. They spread a little so be careful leaving enough room. I was able to fit 12 cookies on a bigger baking tray. When baking I did rotate the top and bottom rack to allow them to bake equally. But make sure to be quick and safe, as you don’t want to lose heat in the process.

When the cookies are finished baking they will have a slightly golden brown edge. Do not put back in if the edges are golden and the middle looks soft, unless you want a crunchier cookie. Let the cookies rest for at least 5 minutes before transferring to a rack. This is where you need to have a little patience because moving them too fast will ruin the shape of the cookie.

Overall, these cookies were absolutely amazing! So easy to make and not surprisingly, delicious! Always remember to check for allergies but if everyone is in the clear, these are the perfect peanut butter cookies to serve!
